Masters Magic

Post by Polslad »

So there I am, enjoying life now as a cyber journeyman pro, using the season play to work my way through Dar's A list.
Not troubling any leaderboards, not making many cuts, glory days behind me.
Come to Augusta for the Masters, only 2 cuts made all season up until then, blam, 66 & 63.
15 under at half way stage, 3 shot lead.
Need the Masters to complete a career grand slam.
Over 20 seasons I have 5 Majors, 3 Opens, and 1 US Open and 1 USPGA.
Hardly dare play rounds 3 & 4.

Best of luck to you - hit em straight! I can appreciate trying to get it done when the pressure is on - even on the computer. It makes you appreciate Bobby Jones getting in done in one season without the aid of a computer all the more :) Now if only the artificial prize money could be spent, huh

Good luck! That's a splendid career! Us rookies are still playing the public courses and dreaming of one day having your opportunity!

David! Good luck. I'm also still waiting to win The Masters through 11 seasons. Augusta for 2 to 4 rounds always seems to find away to beat me up.
