Old Timers Competition 2024

Sleeping Bear. I've played this one A LOT and I've never scored this low. The more I play this one, the more I enjoy the challenge. I think the difference this time was due first to lucky rolls and second due to using the controlled game again. I seem in the last two rounds to have had better judgment on the midirons which is critical with a control game since you give up some distance. Putting...well...just like in the real world, I had a lot of prayers answered on tough reads. And I know that kind of thing is like the wind.

Sorry lads, I promised some scores, but have been as busy as ten men lately. I will get some posted soon.

I have had a look at the FedUp Cup scores and I do not believe it would be fair to those of us who have played all games to include those who haven't.
My reasoning for that is that, during that run of games, all three of our scores suffered on the harder courses, giving an unfair advantage to those who didn't play them. So, at the moment the FedUp Cup is between Galen, Tarheel and myself. Hopefully, Randy and Juan will find the opportunity to catch up, but my gut feeling is that this won't happen, due to the life pressures they are under.

I have included Juan's Rd 1 at Mephisto Bay in the overall scores. However, as it did not affect the outcomes of this round (as posted last night), I will not post upgraded results for that round.
