Dar (tincup)

It saddens me terribly to post this. Sunday Sept 22 Dar (Tincup) Passed away. I thought anyone from the old gang would appreciate knowing this. You will be missed my old friend.

Oh my god . I had no idea he was doing poorly or was this a sudden death? Very sad, he did so much for this game.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I did not know anything about him having serious health problems either. With there not being many new courses I've not been in contact with him very much lately. He did a lot to help keep things up to date around here. He will be missed. :( Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and those here who knew him better than me.

Very sad to read this. He did a lot for this game. Condolences to his family.

So, so sad to learn late of Dar's passing, though he joins other past legends of this game to reside now forever among friends.
Time must fly by but memories will never dim from a fabulous time where Tin Cup was a main man for all things PGA.
All who knew his warmth then, will feel his leaving us now, with a genuine sorrow.
Good man, RIP.
