Congrats Ernie on the British Open win

Post by tincup »

A big congratulations to Ernie Els for winning the British Open. It was a stunner. Ernie hung in there on a tough day and made some birdies (for a 68) while Adam Scott collapsed on the back 9 (resulting in a 75). Ernie was 6 back at the start of the day and won by one (-7 to -6)... wow.

I felt bad for Adam, but I am thrilled for "The Big Easy", one of my favorite players.

I loved what they said, how L&A brings out the best shot shapers in the field. He always has been, and is probably my favorite living golfer. Hope he sleeps good tonight.
