Can't run Course Manager, get noted error message with: Component MSCCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid This appears to be quite different to the problem Deguelo recently responded to. Searched the Internet and found several Win7 posts to ...

Copying/transferring PG2000 folders to new PC
I spent some time searching the forums, but didn't find any info on this. I would like to avoid reinstalling (via course manager. ) the 150 or so courses I had installed on my old PC and I have a few ani buddies that I spent sometime tweaking to get them to play as I wanted. Is there a procedure lis...

Re: Using a Touchpad in PGA2000
Further to the above, some good news. The erratic bar movement was apparently caused by some kind of graphic anomaly. It appears the default camera (where you get the huge player viewed from about 2 ft behind) in an HD (16/9) screen, puts the player's feet and consequently his shadow directly behind...

Using a Touchpad in PGA2000
Has anyone played PGA2000 via a laptops touch-pad. This is my first ever Laptop PC. Finally got PGA2000 to run on my new HP Win8.1 laptop but it's unplayable as is (I'm a 3 clicker but true swing was just plain impossible), due to the inconsistency of the touch-pad. Touch and click are inconsistent ...

Re: Can`t Install
Thanks for all the help guys. Some good news I did finally get PGA2000 to install. CCleaner didn't find any PGA2000 related keys and selecting Run as Admin didn't help; so that got me thinking that I should have been running the installer in compatibility mode. When I selected "Troubleshoot App...

Re: Can`t Install
Dave! Can't say for sure what the problem is so you may want to try a system restore on a date before you started having this problem. If that doesn't work recovery in the control panel area is also an option. If all else fails and you can't figure it out you can do a factory restore. Its hard for ...

Re: Can`t Install
Today I removed any Sierra and PGA2000 files I could find and then downloaded the installer with Virus Scanner and Firewall turned off. Ran installer but got same messages and issues as previous, which are: Error: Not enough available memory (at start of install) Error: Video blank with message 'Vid...

Re: Forced design Choices in Architect?
Hi Judy; Great to here you are back playing and hear in the forum. Thanks for the info. When I get a moment I will do some screen shots of some examples (maybe call them the good the bad and the ugly). However, I'm currently busy troubleshooting the PGA2000 install on my new Laptop. No luck so far, ...

Re: Can`t Install
I'm in Win 8.1 and encountered the same issue as msnvet. He didn't mention how he deleted the existing files. As noted the uninstaller didn't install so it doesn't show up on the 'Uninstall/Change ''programs list. ' Will deleting the Sierra folder in the 'This PC' programs files list work? Thanks, D...
