Re: Wit & Wisdom of Golf

Ha Ha  I think that pretty much sums up my real life golf game! Thanks Stan for posting these - I really appreciate reading them!

Re: Fishers Island Golf Club by Polslad [New Course]

Thought I would offer my thoughts on the newest offering from David: What I liked: I thought the smoothing of the course was good - did not find any spikes or rough spots as I played through a few rounds. I thought the plantings were adequate although a little sparse from what I remember seeing in r...

Re: Muirfield 2013 by Polslad [New Course]

If land plot was changed or fixed and the issue is PGA 2000 can't render past crash point - could be the placeholder library thing, could be an issue with the libraries needed to render the course? Not sure - thought I read it somewhere here, or at the Copyright Club way back when.

Re: new courses

Seriously? Be grateful and post something helpful or design a course and upload it and make it two for 2015. Communities die because people take and don't give back or just don't care to support and encourage those that try. Thanks.

Not sure of the title of the course though as I do not have it queued to play at the moment as the course itself is not much to speak of in my opinion. I am sure one of the folks here does though. Of the novel...

Re: Green sky wrinkled paper

Not sure but I have a few thoughts: 1. The jagged green in the sky often comes when the elevation is off on the plot - in other words when the distance from the edge of the course to the hole is less than 350 yards and the elevation drop or increase in between is extreme. Indy posted on this some ti...

Re: Links & Rugged Isle

Is there a list of courses that do this? Personally I would just like to avoid them This site lists each course and its library requirements. Any course that uses tul, tul2, Opfer 1, Opfer 2, Opfer 3 or Parkland can be affected by the aforementioned problems. It really is not too much of a hassle -...
