Re: Error when opening Course Architect
When designing a course you should have ONLY the libraries you are using uncloaked. This should be significantly less than 70. I try to keep it to less than 20, including stock libs. You can also use the projects tab in the Cloaker to quickly cloak/uncloak libraries between different design projects...

Re: Stratified Sky
Seeing as how I made the pano, I should be able to help. But I can't!! The image was given to me in high res from LinksLegend. I did some work to it, but only color adjustments to the grassy areas. All the time I spent working on the course and play testing I don't recall seeing the sky like that. P...

Re: So for all of you who got free activation codes...
Thanks Brian! Here's another question, is it just me or can you not undo smoothing or elevation changes?

Re: So for all of you who got free activation codes...
This game seems like it has lots of potential. Coming from the design side of things, I'm not too concerned about gameplay other than how my course looks and plays. First, I would like to say that after trying my hand at Links' Arnold Palmer Course Designer, WGC's learning curve is nowhere near as s...

Re: Spectators and Tournament Mode.
Dave, you are correct in that it's the designers choice to include spectators. I, myself, rarely include tournament objects, unless the course I'm designing has a "tour" feel to it. I like to think most of my courses are more geared toward the average golfer. As far as I know there's no in...

Re: Kewadin Prairie Lodge by Adam Brandt [New Course]
Thanks Terry, I've always been a fan of your work as well, so hearing those words is very much appreciated! Ill definitely be sticking around here for a while. I'm gonna try my hand at designing some CPG/WGC courses soon, but I've got a couple PGA designs in the works too

Re: Kewadin Prairie Lodge by Adam Brandt [New Course]
Thanks for the comliments guys! I must admit, this course was a nightmare for me, mainly due to all the planting required. I'm not 100% happy with it either, but I lost my patience a long time ago. I started this course on 3/17/11, almost 1 year ago! I had to take several breaks from designing just ...

General questions about WGC
I am interested in trying my hand out at designing for this game. I understand I'll need an activation code to get the full version, is that correct? Also, the PC I use for all of my course designing is not connected to the internet, will that prevent me from being able to use WGC in any way? Thanks!
