Thanks Brian for the tip. I also have my screen set at 150 percent as it makes things eaiser to read for these tired old eyes. I will try what you suggest and let you know if it works.. Thanks, Spencer.

Thanks to all for your comments. Steve I use Collectors Edition (CE) and I did download the patch:3.3.4.5 but I did not download the CE patch. I will try that and see if it works. Thanks again everyone , Spencer.

Dar , I was trying to download an older version of WinZip and for some reason IE crashed and I could no longer use it as my browser. So I downloaded Firefox to use as my browser and it worked for a little while and then it crashed too. I talked to my local computer wizard and he said to try to reins...
