I'm trying to put together a library but having some problems. For the top view in the architect it looks like this

. How do I get rid of the gray background under the tree so you see through the tree to the grass? I'm using Gimp.

The pixel in the upper left corner of the image is the color that will be transparent. Make sure that this pixel is the exact same color as the gray in the rest of the image that you want to remove.

Thanks Brian, I got it to work by adding 1 more step (color to alpha). Thanks again for the help.
