Yes but you have to use the IPX protocol. On Windows XP or in a Windows XP VM it is fairly easy as XP still had the IPX portocol. You just need a program called Kali to get your games set up. A tutorial for setting this up can be found here: kali_setup_and_game_play_tutorial.zip
Microsoft took the IPX portocol out of Windows after XP so it's a bit more difficult in newer OS's. A few years ago me and a few friends where able to get twosome matches to work but more than that failed. I was on Windows 7 and they were on Windows 10. We used something called IPXwrapper to emulate the IPX protocol and a program called Evolve to get the games set up but it looks Evolve doesn't exist anymore. So it's probably possible to get something working on newer OS's but you would have to do some digging around and experimentation to figure it out.
