Yes, playing around with another course; the 9th in my series of courses named after whiskies and/or whiskey distillers
Classes are winding down and I just pushed my last graduate student out the door so my time is freeing up again. The hole I've posted is just a test hole that I created rather quickly to see how objects, textures and panos look together. Once again I'm using blends, this time between the forest understory and the rough. This has necessitated the textures for rough, fairway, etc. to be a bit lighter than I would like, but it keeps the understory from looking too dark. Any comments would be appreciated!
Since posting that pic, I have toned down the bright green grass so that it blends in better with the other grasses.

Finally settled on some colors I like. This is hole 1.
Hole 1 from the tee.
Hole 1, back at the tee from the landing area.

Hello again Jim..
I wish I had the time and more so motivation to build courses as much as you lol. Once again looks like a killer pano. I like the contrast between the brown and green planting in that test hole pic. The blends are nice again too. Overall kinda reminds me of Beartooth Pass abit. Keep up the good work!

Thanks, Kent! Have to admit, I don't play except when testing the design, I just really like designing
