Hi Guys,

just watched Juan's Rd 3 at Carmel Point, and I think it is fair to say he has had better days.

While you drove the ball pretty well Juan, that putter of yours killed any chance of a good score. The saving grace is, you played the final seven holes in four under, and that is nothing to be sneezed at on this fine course. I think this just goes to show that a really good score can't be far away.

Cheers

Brad

Hi Guys,

just watched Galen's Rd 3 and I think he may have accidentally picked up Juan's putter, only realising his mistake after 14 holes. Hopefully he has his putter for Rd 4, which I will play against tomorrow.

Cheers

I went along with Juan this round, seems we both had putter problems...........It is what it is :-)

Some nice shots there Juan.

Hi Guys,

just watched Randy's Rd 3 against Tarheel, Galen and myself. As he said, a lot of missed putts, that you would expect would normally be sunk. Just goes to show that these green may look relatively docile, but don't take them lightly, or you will pay with a missed putt.

Good fun watch. Thanks fellas.

Fortunately, I didn't miss as many putts as others, which held me in good stead for this round.

The Rd 3 results are below.

Cheers

Hi Guys,

just played against Galen's Rd 4 and, similarly to Rd 3, he didn't play up to his usual standard, with the greens again taking a toll. I had a considerable amount of luck, with a chip-in eagle and quite a few putts that I was pleasantly surprised that I got.

Thanks for posting the early round Galen.

Only Randy, Juan and Tarheel to finish Rd 4 and then we are off to the new challenges that Juan is selecting for us.

Cheers

Brad

Hi Guys,

just watched Tarheel's Rd 4 against my own round and, as per usual, there was a lot of similarity in the way we started. Then, one of the rarest things happened, Tarheel bogied a hole! You don't see that every day. That helped me get a bit of a lead on the front nine, particularly following my lucky chip-in eagle.

The back nine was a completely different affair. Where we had gotten the same score on 6 holes on the front nine, we only did that twice on the back nine. When I got red, he got blue, and vice versa. Again, you don't see that every day!

Almost finished this tourney and looking forward to what Juan has in store for us for our next event.

Cheers

Brad
