Just four events left and I have moved up to tied for 47th with 22 points. I'm just 6 points out of making two more player cuts. The field gets cut from the current 129 players to 70 after the next event. It then goes down to 40 players and the final cut of the top 20 players and major winners at the World Tour Championship. Jordan Spieth no longer holds the lead (which he's held all season) in points as this looks to be the most exciting finish in my World Tours history. Just wish I had played better this season so I could be one of the players in this fight to be claimed the World Champion for season #12. My game is getting better but I'd have to win every tournament left to have a chance. Since I have just two wins in the previous 42 events I think it's better luck next season for me when ever I start that.
Below is the current top twenty and results from the past few tournaments.

Quick update! I've been eliminated with two tournaments left. Finished season with only 22 points. Only season #7 was worse. The good news is all 44 players left are mathematically alive to win the Season #12 World Championship. Currently there's a tie for first between Steve Stricker and Jim Furyk with 80 points each. Jordan Spieth, Anirban Lahiri, Dustin Johnson & Brendt Snedeker are all very close behind. It wouldn't surprise me if someone else in the middle of the pack won the championship. Will be down to top twenty plus ties and major winners after the next tournament (Tour Championship).

PGA World Tour season #12 has come to an end. With his 2nd place finish in the World Championship tournament (earning him 28 points) JIM FURYK is the latest PLAYER OF THE YEAR & WORLD CHAMPION. This was the closest race ever since I went with a simplified point system back in season #8. It was also the lowest point total earned for a champion (108) and well short of the all time current record of (179) points earned by me back in season #10, that seems like a very long time ago the way I've been playing.
I'm starting work on a new PGA players list to be released in the next month or two. Also a surprise course to hopefully be released in the next two months or so if it all works out. Below is the last updates for this season and final top twenty in points and dollars earned.
If anyone is interested in seeing who won the Player of the year & World Champion for each season or my all time stats let me know and I'll post if I get more then 1 request.
