You might do a google on something like "cheap college textbooks". There are a lot of sites that claim you can save up to 95% by buying used or renting texts. Here is one such site that allows you to search for a textbook by title, author or ISBN:

In 1961, I started college at Fort Hays State in Kansas. I arrived with $200 in my pocket. I paid my $77 tuition (15 hours of courses), bought my books for about $40, paid my first months rent $30, and still had money left over... lol. Ooops, I just dated myself again.
