Staying with the science thing, there is a know co-relationship ratio factor:

The closer you are to the top of the leaderboard the more likely you will dump your ball in the water.

Heehhehe..humidity in the air has always made me smile. In real life maybe..is this game not likely. I dont know about the rest of you,but I have alot of shots come up short.Swinging a little harder to try and be sure to clear a hazard has always resulted in one of these shots.It just hurts more when waters involved.
