This is the view from the 18th tee at Lester Park Golf Club in Duluth, MN. It's where I grew up playing, and if I ever get PGA up and running again with Ghost It and the Terrain Assist, I would love to share it with you all. I found this photo from a friend who took it during a round we played this past fall.
The hole plays 438 yards, downhill about 40 feet. The green is just behind the tree on the right. The background is Lake Superior.

Beautiful... What pano did God use there?

No doubt, God is the best architect! Looking forward to this one

This is close to the area I originally chose to have my contest course entry. Then I decided to move it to the west coast North of San Fran when I discovered Point Reyes.

Pretty, pretty, pretty.
We have TPC of Egg Harbor (fictional) and Whistling Straits, WS, and Arcadia Bluffs, MI as real courses bordering on the Great Lakes, we can always use one more! That's a beautiful picture and something to look forward to.

yeah this is the course that made me want to get back into PGA Championship Golf, mainly for the architecht. Lester's not the worlds most challenging course, a 20's gem that never really had room to expand. Just over 6100 from the tips. But it features elevation changes over 70 feet from tee to green, and spectacular views of Lake Superior.
The problem I have is living 500 miles away. I need to get up there this summer and really go on a photo blast during a round, because you never really get the same view twice. Plus, getting PGA2000 up and running again is a must

Wow!! Pretty Course!!!
When is it gonna be ready for download? Get to work on it!!
I wish Sierra would have came out with another "updated" version of PGA2k that had photo-quality graphics.... and without losing any of the gameplay value that we enjoy in the current game!
I don't think it will ever happen! Since the invention/domination of gaming platforms like Playstation, XBOX, and Nintendo, gaming software is pretty much developed with those gaming devices in mind! So, PC gaming is pretty much an afterthought!
