Disks don't work, so... ???
Is the utility/reinstaller what I need to put PGA2K on my new computer? If so, are there any install issues on W-7 I need to know about?

The first item on the list on the utilities page, called "PGA 2000 Installation Package". Good to have you back Indy 
No issues installing on Windows 7 that I'm aware of, just that you won't be able to play online.
