Thought I’d share this to get you in the mood for Masters week. I created a wav file out of the music they use during the TV coverage (in the US anyway) for the Masters so it will play for the course in PGA 2000. I gave it the same name as the music file for the Ken McHale Augusta 2001 so all you have to do is unzip the file to the same folder for that course. For Augusta 2005 there is no music so you’ll have to go to the course manager and under properties for that course set the music file path to wherever you unzip this file.

Backstory: The song is “Augusta” by Dave Loggins. The Dave Loggins version is fairly easy to find and/or buy on the internet but I always liked the piano version they played during the TV coverage better. I had been trying to find that specific version on the internet for a long time (and was perfectly willing to pay for it too) but never found it. Being Augusta who knows why but I guess they don’t want to make money on it. Well two years ago they slipped up and played the complete song (5 minutes 42 seconds) in their online coverage with no talking over it while switching between their “featured groups”. I recorded it. If anyone wants my original in a higher quality, smaller file size, mp3 format, here it is: http://www.golfsimclubhouse.com/pga2000 ... _music.zip
Augusta Music for PGA 2000
Re: Augusta Music for PGA 2000
That's awesome Brian! I'm gonna use it for the 2005 version this week.

Just incredible what you guys do here. I always wanted the theme music - thanks a bunch. I am doing my own mini Augusta tournament with the ATG player list and this will hype up the atmosphere.
