I wanted to add my "Late to the party 2 cents worth" for the courses I have been playing recently, but I am finding (after a search) several of them appear not to have been reviewed. I was wondering why?

I've only posted threads for courses new since this site started (around November of 2010). Feel free to start your own threads for any older courses you want to review/discuss.
