Re: Palm Harbor a JN6 Design
Yeah, getting there Steve.
It looks like a great site, which will only get better when all the JN6 courses are available. Hopefully, when players of the other games represented here see the quality that is available, we may get some converts and a sizeable group of players for competition purposes.
Doing lots of baby-sitting of the grandkids lately, so haven't been able to do any designing. Have a couple of courses on the go but just can't get to them. Hopefully soon.
Was interesting that they held the Western Australian PGA on Kalgoorlie Golf Course last weekend. Checked it out thoroughly on the TV to see if I made any glaring mistakes in my rendition and am happy that I got it reasonably close from both a playing and aesthetic perspective, so pretty happy with that.
Cheers
Brad

Here's a peak at a par 3. Hole numbers as yet are inconclusive. A look from the tee and from around the green. Trying to keep the horizon in perspective as I progress as it is such a part of this course.

I love the sun lighting on the water and horizon in the first screenshot; very realistic.

Here's a short par 4 with a treacherous tee shot, a blind approach and a challenging green.

That looks fantastic Steve. It is so easy to get caught up in the beauty of the course that you miss the fantastic pano you have to complement it.
