Yes thanks--Some German message comes up after initializing the installer (the icon that looks like a blank monitor)--It won't proceed past this step.

Basically, when I go to extract the file (download), the setup for the executable file won't work. Is there another site out there where I can download the game program?

I know a number of people have successfully used the download of the PGA2000 software. To my knowledge, there is no other place to download the software. You could try downloading the package again. Possibly something happened during your first download that rendered the file unusable... It is a very large download (545 mb).

The only other options I can think of is
1. Have someone send you the software on a CD or DVD
2. Locate a copy of the software on EBAY or Amazon
