Looking for a farmhouse or barn

Post by bryce »

The clubhouse at my home course (Granada Farms) is a farmhouse that looks like a giant barn. Can anybody tell me some libraries that have big barns or farmhouses??

Thanks in advance,

Try the Inland Heath library. Spencer.

Bryce, if Spencer's suggestion doesn't work, take a look from the front side of the green on #14 at Red Wing GC. It's a big red barn beyond the back of the hole. I'm not sure of the library, but custom-wise it only uses "cathedral, fall, hthr, and the rock1" libes. My guess would be cathedral or rock1; I know it's not hthr.

Looking forward to your next design. My personal favorites of your work are Gunpowder Bay and Big Break. Both are very entertaining and have a lot of replay value.

Thanks Sandwedge! I have one that I'm kind of stuck on, but the one that has the barn for a clubhouse is my actual real life home course that I'm trying to recreate.

These pics are NOT from the real course I am doing, but another one that I've been messing with on and off for a few months. I only did some planting on this hole so I could put some pics up. That's why it looks so baron elsewhere on the course. I'm about 50% finished with elevation work on this one. I'll post some more pics of all the stuff I'm doing as I progress.

Looks real good, Bryce. What libraries are you using?

Really nice look Bryce. I especially like those sawgrass?-looking plants in front of the tee.

I'm using Arrowhead textures, and plants from Bullock Run (in front of tee box) and Bethpage.
